ZX82 8-Zone Expansion Module

An 8-zone hardwired expansion module used to increase the capacity of Paradox security systems. It allows you to connect up to eight additional physical detection devices (like door contacts or motion sensors) to your main control panel.

• Zone Doubling: While it adds 8 physical inputs, it supports the ATZ (Advanced Technology Zone) feature, allowing it to support up to 16 zones depending on your panel's capabilities.
• Visual Diagnostics: Unlike the standard ZX8 module, the ZX82 features on-board Status LEDs for zones, power, and bus data, making it easy to monitor system health and pinpoint which zones are open, closed, or tampered with at a glance.
• Enclosure & Security: It comes housed in a tamper-proof ABS plastic box that includes an integrated locking mechanism and on-board wall tampers to alert the system if an intruder tries to open or remove the module.
• 4-Wire Bus Connection: Connects directly to the control panel's keypad bus.
• Firmware Upgradeable: Can be updated to support the latest system features.
