The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy the following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us
SECTION 3 - Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or vacation seasons will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
SECTION 4 - Shipping/ Courier Delivery
Courier delivery to all areas within Gauteng, South Africa is often between 1–3 business days, with many retailers charging a flat rate or offering free shipping above a spending threshold.
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
A physical street address is required.
Someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel where applicable.
Order can be tracked via the relevant courier company.
The respective purchaser is more than welcome to arrange their preferred courier.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
SECTION 5 - Shipping Fees
FREE shipping will be granted to orders above R10 000 provided that no cable or battery has been included which will then be required to be weighed and calculated thereby incurring a charge.
Any order placed for less that R5000 will be charged a flat shipping rate of R250 but this is increased and recalculated owing to the weight and inclusion of either a cable or a battery.
SECTION 6 - Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to the customer.
