A 12v DC indicator module manufactured by IDS Protect, a leading brand in South African security systems. It is designed to provide vibrant visual alerts and can be mounted either on a surface or recessed into a panel.

COMMON SECURITY APPLICATIONS:

Alarm Status Indicator: It is widely wired to the programmable outputs (PGMs) of IDS Alarm panels or keypads to visually indicate if the system is armed or disarmed.

Perimeter Beam Alert: These LED's are often integrated with perimeter outdoor beams to flash or illuminate during an alarm condition.

Power & System Fault Warning: In some configurations, it serves as an immediate visual warning for power failures or active system troubles.
